Technical Support
Get a copy of your wiring diagram, ask about a fault or a replacement part, and get an answer from a live tech support engineer — not a ticket queue, and not voicemail.
Wiring diagrams
Lost the as-builts, or never got them? Give us the job number off the nameplate and we'll send the prints for your car.
Troubleshooting
Fault codes, LED patterns, a car doing something it shouldn't. We'll help you read what the controller is telling you.
Replacements
Send a photo of what failed and we'll identify what replaces it — our controller or somebody else's.
What to include when you write
None of it is mandatory. All of it gets you a better answer first time, and most of it you can photograph in a minute.
- 01The nameplate. A photo of it gives us the job number and build date, which tells us exactly what we shipped and what's in it.
- 02What the car is doing — and what it did before. "Stops short at three" is worth more than "it's broken".
- 03Any fault code or LED pattern on the drive, the PLC, or the safety string.
- 04What changed. A part swapped, a power event, work elsewhere in the building. Controllers rarely change their minds unprompted.
- 05Line voltage at the controller, if it's safe to take a reading.
Also worth asking about
- 01Parameters and settings. Door and timing values, and the adjustments that drift over the years.
- 02Obsolete parts. When the original is long gone, we'll work out what crosses.
Anything needing hands on the equipment goes through your mechanic or contractor. We build and support controllers; we're not a service company, and we won't pretend otherwise or step between you and whoever maintains the car.
Reach an engineer
Email reaches a live tech support engineer who works on these controllers — not a ticket system, and not a call centre reading from a script.
