About & Contact

Every controller is built to order and documented, so that whoever maintains it in ten years isn't reverse-engineering your panel with a meter and a flashlight.

How an order runs

A real sequence, in this order, every time.

  • 01Survey or spec. You send the job — existing equipment, what's being kept, capacity, speed, landings. Partial is fine; we'll ask about the rest.
  • 02Quote. Engineered and priced to what the job actually needs, not to whatever is easiest to stock.
  • 03Drawings for approval. You see the prints before anything gets built. Changes are cheap at this stage and expensive after.
  • 04Build and test. Wired and tagged to the approved drawing, then tested before it leaves the shop.
  • 05Ship. As-builts go in the panel and a set stays with us — which is how we can reissue prints years later.

What ships with every controller

  • •As-built prints inside the panel, matching what was actually built
  • •A second set retained here against the job number
  • •Wiring tagged to the drawing, so a tag on a wire means something
  • •A tested controller, not a kit of parts in a box

Common questions

Do you support controllers you didn't build?

Where we can be useful, yes. Parts identification and crossing is straightforward on any make. Diagnosis depends on what it is — call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Can I get prints for an old job?

If we built it, we kept a set. Give us the job number from the nameplate and we'll send them.

Do you sell parts without a controller?

Yes. Contactors, relays, timers, drives, selectors, resistors and machine-room climate equipment — for our panels or anybody's.

Can you build for wet, corrosive or hazardous locations?

Yes — standard NEMA 1 through watertight and corrosion-resistant construction, and hazardous (classified) locations. Tell us the environment and we'll tell you what it needs.
